Better than takeout! Tender chicken breast and crispy broccoli in a sweet and savory sauce, served with sticky rice.
Step 1: Mix the chicken with cornstarch, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Set aside for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Mix all sauce ingredients together and set aside.
Step 3: On high heat, add 2 tablespoons oil to a pan and cook the chicken for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
Step 4: Add 2-3 tablespoons oil to the pan and cook the broccoli for 4-5 minutes.
Step 5: Add the chicken and sauce back to the pan with the broccoli. Stir for another minute until everything is coated and heated through.
Step 6: Serve with sticky rice.
