Cottage Cheese Smoothie

Thick, creamy protein-packed smoothie that tastes like blueberry cheesecake! Naturally sweetened and made with just 5 simple ingredients for over 17 grams of protein.

Step 1: Add banana, blueberries, cottage cheese, almond milk, honey, and vanilla (if using) to a high-speed blender.

Step 2: Blend until smooth, starting on low and gradually increasing to high speed, approximately 1 minute.

Step 3: Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency as needed. If too thin, add a handful of ice to thicken. If too thick, add a bit more milk to thin it out.

Step 4: Pour into a glass, top with fresh blueberries if desired, and enjoy!
