Wilted Lettuce Salad

A classic family recipe featuring crisp iceberg lettuce with a tangy cold dressing. The lettuce wilts naturally in the refrigerator, creating a unique texture and allowing the flavors to meld together beautifully.

Step 1: Chop the head of iceberg lettuce and place in a large bowl.

Step 2: Chop the hard boiled eggs and add to the lettuce.

Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the Miracle Whip, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and spicy brown mustard until well combined.

Step 4: Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5: Pour the dressing over the lettuce and eggs. Toss to coat evenly.

Step 6: Refrigerate until ready to serve. The lettuce will wilt naturally in the fridge, allowing the flavors to develop.
